Job Overview:

We are looking for a self-motivated, goal-driven Virtual Automotive Finance Assistant to join our remote team. The ideal candidate will have solid experience in automotive sales and finance, be comfortable working independently, and be motivated to earn through a mix of salary and commission.

Key Responsibilities:

Submit finance applications via Dealertrack

Work with lenders to secure approvals

Assist customers with financing paperwork and inquiries

Structure deals in collaboration with the sales team

Handle subprime financing applications as needed

Maintain accurate documentation and compliance

Follow up with lenders and customers for funding and deal finalization

Requirements:

Minimum 1 year of automotive sales experience - required

Experience using Dealertrack - an asset

Experience in subprime automotive financing - an asset

Strong communication and organizational skills

Proven ability to work independently with minimal supervision

High attention to detail

Computer with dual monitors - required

Reliable high-speed internet connection - required

Quiet, dedicated home office setup

Compensation:

Base salary + commission
