NOW HIRING: Automotive Finance Assistant -- Join the Elite

Location:

Downtown Calgary or Downtown Vancouver (must live in Vancouver)

Compensation:

Commission-Based -- $4,000 to $10,000+/month

Top performers earn $20K-$30K/month and advance to closer positions within 6-12 months

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Guide pre-approved buyers through their vehicle financing process Collect and verify documents (ID, income, etc.) Maintain CRM and communication records Support our senior closers by stabilizing clients and keeping deals clean Manage emotional moments with empathy and control -- we'll train you to master it

WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR

You live in Vancouver You're detail-driven, dependable, and coachable You hold yourself to a higher standard -- mentally strong and emotionally stable under pressure You bring energy, discipline, and accountability daily Experience in performance, sports, or sales helps -- but mindset matters most
