Key Responsibilities:

Structure and secure financing deals while maximizing dealership profitability.

Build strong relationships with lending partners to secure favorable financing terms.

Deliver top-tier customer service throughout the financing process.

Educate customers on finance and lease options with full transparency.

Collaborate with sales and leadership teams to meet and exceed store goals.

Process finance and lease deals accurately and through proper channels.

Ensure compliance with federal, provincial, and local regulations.

Support the sales team with training on finance programs and value-added products.

Maintain audit-ready documentation and compliance with new vehicle program guidelines.

Qualifications:

Previous automotive finance experience is an asset but not required - we train the right talent!

Solid understanding of finance and insurance products.
