Position Title: Program Support (Full time) Reports to: Directors and Leads at CCMI Position Classification: Employee Start Date: Sept/October 2022 with 3-month probation period
Location: Work virtually from home office, request candidates from BC area, due to time zone.
Closing date: will remain open until the position is filled

Job Summary Supports the daily operations of the Centre for Collaboration, Motivation & Innovation (CCMI) Projects which include organizing online learnings and face-to-face workshops plus regular administrative duties. Manages multiple tasks and works on a variety of projects using time management and advanced computer skills. Benefits: CCMI offers a competitive package including: Requirements: Works from home office; provides all home equipment. 8 hours a day 8-430PT Monday-Friday. Principle Duties and Responsibilities
  • Support the CCMI board by transcribing quarterly meeting minutes and providing administrative support. Produce information by taking minutes, transcribing, formatting, inputting, editing, retrieving and transmitting text, data and graphics.
  • Organize work by reading and routing correspondence, collecting information, and initiating phone and email communication.
  • Maintain schedules by updating google calendars and arranging a wide variety of virtual meetings via zoom platform.
  • Project planning: Manage projects from start to finish including updates to organization leads, tracking participant progress, updating internal leads, troubleshooting and final reporting. (Communication, managing venues, registration, printing, etc.).
  • Updating and monitoring data from our learning management system.
  • Accurately manage and update project and contact database.
  • Work well within a team environment. Conscious of deadlines and meeting the needs of the team.
  • Respond to phone calls, emails and web inquiries in a timely manner.
  • Document preparation, filing, and formatting including collaborative tools like Google docs/sheets and Dropbox folders.
  • Provide support for facilitators of virtual training webinars. (Taking attendance, tech support, monitoring chat).
  • Other duties as arise. Minimum Qualifications
  • 2 years of administrative experience.
  • High school graduate; technical training or college preferred.
  • Proficient using Word, Excel, PowerPoint, email, and calendars.
  • Experience using Apple computers is a bonus.
  • Proficient in data entry.
  • Clear, concise, communication skills both verbal and written.
  • Willing to learn and become proficient in scheduling software, audio editing programs, webinars, virtual meeting platforms, databases.
  • Able to work in a virtual organization. Self-directed, can work independently with or without supervision (via phone, email, text and videoconference).
  • Fully fluent in English.
  • Supports the mission and vision of CCMI.
