Design or modify visuals on the Canva online platform and develop newsletters in Brevo to engage and inform members
Assisting in managing the company's social media accounts
Organize league, event and tournament photos on Facebook and Google Drive
Follow up on correspondence and outstanding administrative issues at the office as directed
Assist in planning and maintaining the calendar of league correspondence (start of leagues, social game, playoffs, tournaments)
Manage teams and oversee league schedules
Other administrative tasks as needed to ensure day to day company operations
Skills & Qualifications
High attention to detail
Bilingualism (English/French) is required
Proficiency with Canva design tools
Ability to design and edit visuals using Canva
Some familiarity with MailChimp or Brevo platforms for newsletters
Experience with Google Drive
Excellent communication skills with the ability to work effectively with people at all levels of the organization
Self-starter, efficient, organized and able to produce high quality work in a timely fashion
Strong work ethic and sense of responsibility and confidentiality
Microsoft Excel (intermediate proficiency) and Microsoft Word (basic proficiency) required

A bachelor's degree or equivalent education
Fluently bilingual (French and English)
