Job Description
We are looking for a motivated and friendly
Virtual Chat Assistant
to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for engaging with customers through our online chat platform, providing support, answering questions, and ensuring a positive experience for all users.Key Responsibilities
Respond promptly to customer inquiries via online chat. Provide accurate information about our products and services. Assist customers in navigating our website and resolving issues. Maintain a professional and friendly tone in all interactions. Document customer interactions and feedback for continuous improvement.
Qualifications
Excellent written communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus. Strong customer service orientation and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively. Familiarity with chat support tools and customer service software is preferred.
