Responsibilities

Support sales initiatives by identifying upselling opportunities during customer interactions
Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and project completion
Requirements
Proficient in data entry with attention to detail
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
Bilingual or multilingual capabilities, particularly in English and Spanish, are preferred
Previous experience in customer service or sales is advantageous
