Online Chat Representative

to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our community members, providing assistance and information through our online chat platform. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure a positive experience for users seeking support and information about our services.

Key Responsibilities

Respond to inquiries via online chat in a timely and professional manner. Provide accurate information about SIGN's programs and services. Assist users in navigating our website and accessing resources. Maintain a friendly and approachable demeanor while engaging with community members. Document interactions and feedback to improve service quality.

Qualifications

Excellent written communication skills in English; proficiency in French is an asset. Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-oriented mindset. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. Familiarity with online chat tools and customer service platforms is preferred.
