We are looking for a dedicated and skilled Violin Teacher to join our music education team. The successful candidate will be passionate about teaching and able to inspire students of all ages and skill levels. This role involves developing students' technical, theoretical, and performance abilities while fostering their love for music.
Key Responsibilities:
Teaching and Instruction:
Provide high-quality individual and group Violin lessons tailored to students' needs.
Design and implement lesson plans that focus on technique, musicality, and repertoire.
Introduce students to a wide range of musical styles, including classical, jazz, and contemporary.
Student Development:
Prepare students for performances, exams, auditions, and competitions.
Track and evaluate student progress, providing personalized feedback and encouragement.
Cultivate students' confidence and stage presence through regular performance opportunities.
Program Contribution:
Organize and participate in recitals, concerts, and other music events.
Collaborate with other music educators to enhance the overall curriculum.
Stay up-to-date with modern teaching methods
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Music, Music Education, or a related field
Proficiency in Violin performance, with a solid understanding of music theory.
Prior teaching experience is strongly preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Enthusiastic, patient, and committed to student success.
Preferred Skills:
Ability to teach students of different age groups, from beginners to advanced players.
Familiarity with other instruments is a plus.
Event coordination experience is an advantage.
