We are hiring a Motivated, detail-oriented Vinyl assistant! We are a 3M Platinum certified facility, so 3M Vinyl Installation Training is available for the right candidate which offers the opportunity to obtain a 3M Preferred License and be recognized in the field of vinyl installation.

As a Vinyl Applicator, you will be responsible for preparing and applying vinyl graphics to a variety of surfaces. This position requires precision, time management, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

What You'll Be Doing:

Operate computer and printer for vinyl production Weed, mask, and prepare vinyl graphics for installation Apply vinyl to various surfaces including vehicles, signs, windows, and other substrates Maintain clean and organized workspace (general housekeeping duties) Work independently and follow production schedules Perform tasks at heights when required Handle multiple projects and meet tight deadlines Safely lift and carry materials up to 50 lbs

What You Bring:

Experience in car detailing, vinyl application, or similar hands-on work. Detail-oriented mindset with a passion for quality and precision. Reliable, self-motivated, and able to work independently or as part of a team Willingness to work outdoors, kneel, lift (up to 50lbs overhead), and move in and out of vehicles. Ability to read measurements, use blades safely, and stay organized. Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment Must be self-motivated, reliable, and comfortable working at heights with ladders or lifts. A valid Canadian driver's license and clean record. Have a wide reach, good manual dexterity, and a systematic mindset.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00-$21.00 per hour
