We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Laborer to join our construction team. This role involves assisting with various building and renovation projects, ensuring that tasks are completed efficiently and safely. Duties

Assist with the installation of vinyl decking and other surface preparations Use hand tools to perform carpentry, caulking, and general construction tasks Support skilled trades such as carpentry and maintenance person tasks as needed Prepare work sites by cleaning, organizing materials, and setting up equipment Follow safety protocols to maintain a secure work environment Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time and to quality standards

Skills

Proficiency with hand tools used in construction and flooring installation Experience in construction, including tile laying and flooring work Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings accurately Basic carpentry skills and maintenance person experience are highly desirable Knowledge of caulking techniques for finishing surfaces Strong physical stamina with the ability to lift heavy materials and stand for extended periods Good communication skills and the ability to work well within a team environment

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $15.86-$26.69 per hour
