Job Description

The Aluminum Railing Installer is responsible for the professional installation of custom aluminum railings for residential and commercial projects. This role requires precision, attention to detail, and adherence to safety and quality standards. The installer will work with a variety of railing systems, ensuring proper measurements, secure fittings, and a clean finished appearance.

Work out of town is required and travel is a regular part of this position.



Key Responsibilities:



Measure, cut, and install aluminum railings according to project specifications and blueprints. Operate hand and power tools safely and efficiently. Assemble railing components, ensuring accuracy and structural integrity. Inspect and prepare work surfaces prior to installation. Ensure railings meet building codes and company quality standards. Troubleshoot and resolve on-site installation issues. Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized worksite. Communicate effectively with project managers, team members, and clients. Load, unload, and transport materials and equipment to job sites.

Travel to and work on out-of-town projects as required.


Qualifications & Skills:



Experience in railing, fencing, decking, or related construction trade preferred. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and measurements. Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail. Physical ability to lift, carry, and install materials. Knowledge of construction safety practices. Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation an asset.

Willingness to work out of town on a consistent basis.


Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $22.00-$30.00 per hour
