Description

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy tailored to resonate with the local Canadian market.
  • Identify and foster relevant brand partnerships and collaborations to enhance brand positioning.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop annual marketing plans and key brand moments.
  • Provide input into PR strategy in coordination with agency partners and internal brand communications team.
  • Manage retail center marketing activities and department store marketing programs.
  • Oversee all media events, influencer relations, and paid influencer programs.
  • Conceptualize and execute engaging brand and store events.
  • Develop and implement seasonal in-store activations to drive traffic and acquisition.
  • Manage social media channels for Canada, including content creation and posting.
  • Coordinate the Canadian marketing calendar and oversee all paid advertising initiatives.
  • Responsible for managing the Canadian marketing budget.
Requirements
  • Proven experience of 5+ years in marketing strategy, partnerships, and events.
  • Ability to develop clear and actionable plans to drive commercial KPIs.
  • Proficient project management skills.
  • Self-motivated and entrepreneurial-minded.
  • Effective interpersonal, communication, and networking abilities.
  • Results-driven with the ability to multitask and work under pressure.
  • Flexibility to work across various business functions.
  • Sound commercial acumen and budget management skills.
  • Strong attention to detail.
