Description

  • Develop and implement strategies for franchise growth and development in the Quebec and Ontario regions.
  • Actively seek out and identify new franchise opportunities, demonstrating a \'hunter\' mindset.
  • Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing franchise partners.
  • Provide expert advice and support to franchisees to ensure their success and alignment with company Hospitality\'s standards.
  • Collaborate with various departments to ensure the smooth integration of new franchises.
  • Represent the company at industry events, showcasing our brands and values.
Requirements
  • Fluency in both French and English is essential.
  • Proven experience in hotel sales, franchise development, or a related field.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Highly organized with exceptional time management skills.
  • Independent and driven, with a strong desire to achieve results.
  • Positive disposition and the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
