Analyze and conduct market research to fully understand competitive set, market conditions, and current trends to maximize revenue.
Negotiate, prepare and execute contracts that meet the hotel business plan objectives.
Assist Director of Sales & Marketing in the preparation of annual marketing plan, including the action plans covering assigned market segments.
Participate and may lead event meetings, sales and other staff meetings.
Problem solve and develop solutions to meet client\'s important requirements/needs.
Maintain or exceed sales goals as assigned by DOSM.
Assist the DOSM on special projects as assigned.
Requirements

Refined verbal, written, and presentation skills.
Must have a minimum of 1-3 years of hotel sales experience.
Must be proficient in general computer knowledge.
Knowledge of Envision Sales ideal.
Must have selling, negotiating, business writing, and presentation skills training.
A strong working knowledge with the market\'s local corporate transient business accounts.
Upscale or luxury hotel experience is preferred.
Bachelor\'s degree in Hospitality or Business Management is preferred.
Previous pre-opening hotel experience is preferred.
