Description

  • Lead and inspire a team of culinary professionals, including sous chefs, line cooks, and kitchen staff, fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration.
  • Develop and execute innovative and seasonally-inspired menus that meet the highest standards of taste, presentation, and quality.
  • Oversee all aspects of food preparation, ensuring consistency and adherence to established recipes and plating standards.
  • Manage food inventory, sourcing, and ordering to maintain quality and minimize waste.
  • Monitor kitchen operations to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain a clean and organized workspace.
  • Collaborate with the management team to create memorable dining experiences for our guests and maintain a strong reputation for our establishment.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate new techniques and ingredients into the menu as appropriate.
  • Control food costs and labor expenses while optimizing profitability.
Requirements
  • Proven experience as an Executive Chef in a fine dining establishment or similar high-end culinary environment.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate and mentor a diverse culinary team.
  • Exceptional culinary creativity, presentation skills, and a keen eye for detail.
  • Proficient in menu development, food costing, and inventory management.
  • In-depth knowledge of fine dining cuisines, ingredients, and techniques.
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Certification from a culinary school or equivalent professional experience.
