Description

  • Lead and manage all retail store locations, sale and brand events
  • Create and manage budgets at the National and Store level to maintain expected profitability.
  • Responsible for sales, PnL\'s, strategy and objectives in all retail sales channels.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership team for future development and management of all new store locations.
  • Work with cross functional departments to support company initiatives cascading successfully in the retail channels.
  • Ensure visual standards are maintained to support brand image and drive the business.
  • Build a talent pipeline of high performing talent, to support today\'s business and new store openings. Leverage HR to support with people initiatives.
Requirements
  • 3-5 years of a demonstrated track record in a national or multi-regional leadership capacity, within the retail sector.
  • Knowledge of and experience in new store openings across Canada
  • Exceptional communication abilities and strong interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in fostering creative thinking and implementing inventive solutions.
  • Detail-oriented and organized in managing multiple projects.
  • Reliable transportation to travel between stores, events.
