Lead and manage all retail store locations, sale and brand events
Create and manage budgets at the National and Store level to maintain expected profitability.
Responsible for sales, PnL\'s, strategy and objectives in all retail sales channels.
Collaborate with senior leadership team for future development and management of all new store locations.
Work with cross functional departments to support company initiatives cascading successfully in the retail channels.
Ensure visual standards are maintained to support brand image and drive the business.
Build a talent pipeline of high performing talent, to support today\'s business and new store openings. Leverage HR to support with people initiatives.
Requirements
3-5 years of a demonstrated track record in a national or multi-regional leadership capacity, within the retail sector.
Knowledge of and experience in new store openings across Canada
Exceptional communication abilities and strong interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in fostering creative thinking and implementing inventive solutions.
Detail-oriented and organized in managing multiple projects.
Reliable transportation to travel between stores, events.
