• Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure the highest quality of food preparation and presentation.
• Supervise and train staff to deliver top-notch service and uphold our resort\'s standards.
• Manage inventory, ordering, and cost control to optimize profitability.
• Foster positive relationships with guests and ensure their needs are met promptly and courteously.
• Implement and maintain health and safety standards in compliance with regulations.
• Collaborate with the resort\'s management team to enhance overall guest satisfaction.

• Previous experience in a Food and Beverage management role, preferably in a luxury hospitality setting.
• Strong knowledge of food and wine pairings, with the ability to curate exceptional dining experiences.
• Exceptional leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and maintain a positive attitude.
• Attention to detail and commitment to delivering exceptional service.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Flexibility to work a variety of shifts and seasons.
• Knowledge of local and sustainable food sources is a plus.
