  • Lead implementation of brand strategy and critical initiatives in region/area
  • Manage the P&L, profitability in region/area; track and lead business performance management
  • Build and strengthen leadership succession within region/area
  • Ensure leaders are recruiting, hiring, training, developing, and retaining the best team and talent
  • Develop and coach restaurant leaders to drive operational excellence within the market holding them accountable for their area's performance
  • Lead change across region in order to realize the transformation to a culture of hospitality
  • Deliver high quality flavorful food, operational excellence in food safety and cleanliness
  • Utilize systems and processes outlined in training and to deliver business KPIs that drive guest satisfaction and increase guest counts
Requirements
  • 7-8 years prior supervisor experience, and 3-4 years of multi-unit experience
  • Loves leading, serving and helping others
  • Previous experience recruiting, hiring, training, and developing individuals and teams
  • Dependable and reliable
  • Enjoys and values Teamwork
  • Serve as a brand ambassador in your community
  • Prior experience using Microsoft products
  • Must have valid driver's license
