Overview:
This position with the assistance of the Director of Marketing is responsible for creating marketing, advertising and promotional plans for upcoming events; preparation of marketing advertising settlements for concerts and shows; Bud Insider email blasts; coordination of special events and promotions for upcoming events and is responsible for the Budweiser Gardens Interactive and Social Media Strategy. Responsibilities:

  • Reporting to the Director of Marketing, the Senior Marketing Manager is responsible for creating marketing, advertising and promotional plans for upcoming events at Budweiser Gardens, as assigned by the Marketing Director
  • Responsible for creating and implementing interactive marketing initiatives, including, online campaigns, social networking and blogging, targeted promotions, gorilla and grassroots marketing
  • Responsible for being the team lead on the creation and maintenance of programs for the Eloqua system and communication with OVG360 Ticketing & Fan Engagement in order to create Bud Insider email blasts to patrons of the facility
  • Responsible for the overall strategy and plan for the venue\xe2\x80\x99s social media platforms
  • Responsible for creating, maintaining and updating the content on venue social media platforms
  • Plan and execute digital and social media marketing strategies, ensure interactivity between website and social channels
  • Responsible for monitoring the continuity and status of online information on the Budweiser Gardens website, social networks in viral marketing initiatives
  • Measure effectiveness of interactive and social media marketing campaigns
  • Idea creation and research of future interactive and social media opportunities
  • Responsible for the content of the website and act as a liaison with the IT Department to make necessary additions, corrections or revisions
  • Responsible for arranging advertising content with graphic designers for local magazines, Business London, London Free Press and other publications
  • Work with external media partners to negotiate promotional and media trade opportunities for upcoming events and work with external promoters, agents, agencies to ideate and execute marketing plans, concepts and events, as assigned
  • With assistance from the Director of Marketing shall also be responsible for the creation of Third Party Partnerships, arranging meetings with potential partners and working with existing third parties to promote upcoming events
  • Assist the Director of Marketing with the coordination of special events and promotions for upcoming concerts, events and family shows
  • Responsible for the creation and implementation of grassroots marketing plans to promote upcoming events as assigned by the Marketing Director
  • Responsible for the preparation of marketing advertising settlements for assigned concerts & shows
  • Assisting with media and public relations tasks as related to concerts/shows and the facility
  • Responsible for the recruitment, education and supervision of Budweiser Gardens interns throughout each school year
  • Along with the Marketing Coordinator, is responsible for the daily activities of interns within the Department
  • Other duties as required.
Qualifications:
  • BS or BA degree (or equivalent experience) required. 2-3 years of experience in the Marketing, Sports & Live Entertainment industry. Willingness to work the hours necessary to meet the Marketing Department\xe2\x80\x99s objective.
