Requirements
Minimum 5 years of experience in a lead management position, preferably in a high-volume environment.
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate and develop a diverse team.
Proven track record of financial management, including budgeting and P&L analysis.
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Passion for the craft beer industry and a deep understanding of beer culture.
