Job Description


We are in an exciting period of new opportunities in Marketing. We are strengthening our pool of VIE and we are seeking a VIE who wants to work within Carmacks Enterprise, our subsidiary based in Canada.

The Marketing Coordinator will play a crucial role in supporting the planning, execution, and analysis of marketing initiatives. Creative thinking, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills will contribute to the overall success of marketing campaigns and help drive the growth of Carmacks.

The Marketing Coordinator will be a spokesperson for the organization, administering the internal and external communications of Carmacks. Responsibilities include assisting in developing and executing marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and drive business growth. Identifying new business opportunities and build relationships with potential clients

Job Duties :

  • Assist in the development and implementation of marketing strategies and campaigns to achieve business goals and objectives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to coordinate and execute marketing activities, including but not limited to: promotions, events, digital marketing campaigns and brand awareness educations.
  • Track and analyze marketing performance metrics to key identify areas for improvement.
  • Support the creation and maintenance of marketing collateral, including but not limited to: brochures, presentations, proposal materials and digital content.
  • Manage social media accounts, monitor engagement, and contribute to content creation to enhance brand visibility and drive engagement.
  • Assist with proposal and bid preparation for potential projects
  • Assist in creating, maintaining, and updating proposal content, including professional resumes, project profiles, and company project experience.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations to internal clients and other stakeholders.
  • Assist in the planning and execution of trade shows, conferences, and other marketing events, including booth setup, logistics coordination, and post-event follow-up.
  • Support the development and maintenance of marketing databases, proposal databases and customer relationship management systems.
  • Develop and implement a template management system in line with company branding and provide an internal training program on topics related to core processes, tools, practices or other special topics, as needed.
  • Assist in managing relationships with external vendors, agencies, and partners to ensure deliverables meet quality standards and deadlines.
  • Conduct regular website and Google audits to ensure content accuracy, SEO optimization, and a seamless user experience.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and marketing best practices to continually improve marketing strategies and tactics.
Profil

Qualifications :
  • Proven experience (1-3 years) in marketing coordination or similar role;
  • Bachelor\'s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field;
  • Proficiency in digital marketing channels, including social media, email marketing, and content management systems;
  • Strong understanding and familiarity of marketing principles, tools, tactics, and best practices;
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create engaging content and present ideas effectively;
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to multitask;
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant software; and
  • Knowledge of graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) is an asset;
