Job Description

Video Marketing is the key pillar to our Real Estate business\' leads generation. This role creates and edits videos mainly in Chinese (Mandarion & Cantonese; occassionally in English), and produces SEO enriched associating content, such as Headlines and Descriptions, and upload to multiple video platforms in Canada and China.Video Marketer is also responsible for video and image driven paid media, such as YouTube Ads, Image Display Ads. The role is expected to create and manage these paid ads to achieve high ROI in leads generation.Key Responsibilities and Duties:

• Edit 3~4 videos/week in Chinese, add animations, captions in Mandarin and Cantonese
• Practice SEO, adopting tools and techniques to improve searchability for titles & descriptions, achieving high video views and channel subscribers
• Upload videos to multiple video platforms, including YouTube, \xe5\xa4\xb4\xe6\x9d\xa1 TouTiao, Facebook, Google Business Profile & \xe5\xb0\x8f\xe7\xba\xa2\xe4\xb9\xa6 RED.
• Optimize the viewship for the videos
• For our own listings (for properties\' sale we represent the Home Seller) , produce property photography and videography close to professional quality
• Create graphic driven display ads on Meta Ads and Google Ads
• Create and manage YouTube Ads
• Artwork design for team's content, e.g. E-book, Consuner Leaflet, Postcard, and Landing Pages for paid media.
• Champion the "Content Creation" project across the company, collects content from every member and select, edit the best ones, and turn into the one of the weekly videos.

Qualifications:

• Bilingual in both Chinese and English, written and spoken. Cantonese is a strong plus.
• College diploma or above in Commerce, Marketing, Media or related fields preferred.
• Minimum 1-year full-time video editing experience
• Minimum 2-year full-time graphic design experience
• Good copy writing skill
• Willing to acquire new skills and continue to learn and train at your own time.
• Some knowledge and experience in Meta Ads, YouTube ads is a very strong plus.
