Duties

Edit and produce

short-form video content

based on creative scripts or content plans; Participate in

on-site video shoots

when applicable, including camera setup, framing, lighting, and audio support; Adapt video formats and visual styles for

various social media platforms (e.g., TikTok, Instagram Reels, Rednote)

; Collaborate with copywriting and design teams to ensure visual and stylistic consistency across all content; Add subtitles, transitions, animations, and sound effects to enhance rhythm, engagement, and message clarity; Organize and manage the video material library with clear naming and categorization for future use; Monitor video performance data to refine editing techniques and pacing, improving audience retention and engagement rates.

Qualifications

Bilingual in

Mandarin and English

is required (written & spoken)? College diploma or bachelor's degree preferred in Film Production, New Media Arts, Visual Communication, or related fields? 1-3 years of experience in video editing or short-form content production; Proficient in editing and post-production software such as

Premiere Pro, CapCut, Final Cut, After Effects

, etc.; Familiar with social media video trends and platform algorithms; Basic filming skills are a plus (e.g., camera operation, lighting setup, visual storytelling); Strong attention to detail with a clean and fluid visual style -- precise subtitles, balanced composition, and strong aesthetic sense; Excellent communication, teamwork, and time management skills with the ability to deliver high-quality work efficiently.
