An outstanding HR professional who will be responsible for delivering the Peninsula HR service to our client base, ensuring a best in class experience from both a technical and customer experience perspective.Job OverviewWith a department of 35 FTE plus, delivering a HR service for over 5,500 clients - this is a critical role for our Canadian Business. We are looking for someone who can bring dynamism, operational excellence, excellent people skills and technical expertise and can thrive working in a fast paced and entrepreneurial environment.We need someone with a real operational view on how we can enhance the customer journey, deliver the Peninsula service through all available channels, embracing technology where possible.
