We are looking for an enthusiastic customer-focused veterinary office assistant/client service member to join our team.

About The Job:

The starting wage is $19 per hour during the 3-month probation period. After the probation period ends, the wage increases to $20 per hour.

Greet customers on the phone and in-person
Provide an exceptional customer experience
Make appointments
General administration
Working with cloud-based veterinary software
Work in a busy setting that requires multi-tasking with diligent attention to detail
Assist with other tasks as required
Interact with amazing animals!

About You:

Team player with excellent communication skills and a passion for helping animals and the people who love them.
Fast learner
Thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment
Flexible schedule, must be able to work Thursday evenings and some Saturdays
Outgoing, positive, and confident
Enjoy working in a tight-knit setting as part of a small team
Adaptable to an ever-changing environment with multiple priorities
Comfortable and efficient with technology
Able to remain calm and polite under pressure

We are seeking a dedicated employee to provide coverage across our three clinics, Monday through Saturday. This position offers a balanced schedule, averaging hours within a 4-day workweek.
