Tri-Municipal Veterinary Clinic Receptionist

(Full-Time)

Tri-Municipal Veterinary Clinic is seeking an experienced, compassionate Veterinary Receptionist to join our growing team! We are a privately owned, community-focused practice and proudly offer mixed animal medicine and surgery to the Tri-Municipal Region.

Schedule

This full-time role offers a consistent Monday-Friday rotation of:

8:00 am-5:00 pm 9:00 am-6:00 pm You will also work one Saturday per month (8:00 am-4:00 pm), with a day off in lieu.

Qualifications

Minimum 2+ years of experience in the veterinary field or comparable medical field (required) A warm, professional communicator who thrives in a client-facing role Someone who enjoys a dynamic environment and takes pride in organization and detail

Role Responsibilities:

The Veterinary Receptionist is a key member of our team and the first point of contact for our clients.

Duties include:

Greeting and welcoming clients and their pets with professionalism and compassion Answering phone calls, booking appointments, and managing daily scheduling flow Updating client information, including medical history and insurance details Providing administrative support to veterinarians and technicians Maintaining a clean, organized reception and waiting area Processing payments and issuing accurate invoices Offering basic guidance on pet care, vaccinations, and preventive health
