Eagle Ridge Veterinary Hospital is looking for a friendly, compassionate
Client Service Representative (CSR)
to join our close-knit, supportive team. Our CSRs are the welcoming face of our hospital and play a big role in helping pets and their people feel comfortable, heard, and cared for.
What You'll Do:
Greet clients and pets with kindness, warmth, and professionalism
Answer phones, schedule appointments, and keep the front desk running smoothly
Communicate clearly and calmly with clients and the medical team
Support Fear Free, patient-focused care
Handle invoicing, client records, and daily administrative tasks
Help maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming hospital
What We're Looking For:
A people-person with strong customer service and communication skills
Someone who deeply loves animals and is looking for more than just a job
Someone who stays calm, organized, and positive in a busy environment
A team player who enjoys supporting others
Veterinary or medical reception experience is a bonus (we're happy to train the right person!)

Pay: $17.85-$20.00 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 30 per week
