Welcome to Beaches-Fallingbrook Veterinary Clinic!

We are a companion animal clinic located at Kingston and Fallingbrook looking for part-time receptionists.

Our receptionists act as the main points of communication between our veterinarians and our clients.

As a veterinary receptionist, you will be responsible for:

Communicating empathetically, effectively and accurately to maintain excellent customer service Relaying information to and from the veterinarian efficiently to clients and clinic partners Answering phone calls and emails professionally and compassionately to fulfil clients' needs and inquiries (i.e. scheduling appointments, placing orders, answering any questions) Manage clinic paperwork and maintain hospital cleanliness, reception, sales and transactions Actively build a team dynamic that fosters a strong, inclusive, transparent and resilient staff team
We would like to hear from you if you:

Can multitask and prioritize effectively, as the clinic oftentimes gets busy Organized with good time management Take initiative and are a positive team player Communicate effectively and professionally while being personable and compassionate Have a passion for the veterinary field and a caring, kind heart Have previous customer service and reception experience
Avimark experience, veterinary and/or animal-related experience is strongly preferred.
