What You'll Do
As our Veterinary Receptionist, you'll be the warm, welcoming face of the clinic:
Greet clients and check in patients with genuine friendliness
Manage phones, appointments, and emails like an organizational wizard
Help clients understand treatment plans and next steps
Keep the flow of the day running smoothly
Partner with our technicians and vets to provide seamless care
Offer reassurance, compassion, and the occasional tissue to worried pet parents
You'll be a blend of customer service pro, multitasking master, and emotional support human.
