Lakewood Animal Hospital is looking for a Veterinary Receptionist to join our busy, small animal practice to cover a one year maternity leave. This position is one day a week Saturday, 8:30am-5:00pm. Experience is mandatory.
We need an energetic, well organized, ambitious person to join our team. Duties include: checking clients in for appointments, answering phone calls and emails, client communications, collecting payments, scheduling appointments, and general cleaning duties.
Days can be very busy so our receptionist team must be prepared to work in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication skills and computer knowledge are essential to this position. The ability to multitask, work independently, as well as with a team, are requirements. Applicant must be willing and able to perform various reception duties and be flexible in work scheduling.
