What You'll Do

Greet and assist clients as they arrive, providing a warm and professional experience Manage appointments, phone calls, and client inquiries with efficiency and care Handle administrative duties such as filing, billing, and maintaining patient records Support the veterinary team to help the clinic run smoothly Keep the front desk area clean, tidy, and welcoming Process orders and assist in stock and inventory duties

What We're Looking For

Excellent customer service skills

-- friendly, empathetic, and ready to help

Administrative experience

-- office or healthcare background preferred

Strong attention to detail

-- able to multitask while maintaining accuracy

Clear communication skills

-- you'll be the go-to resource for clients

Flexibility

-- full-time availability including alternating Saturdays

Vet clinic experience (1 year preferred)
