We are seeking a compassionate and organized Veterinary Receptionist to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for pet owners and their beloved animals, providing exceptional customer service while managing the front desk operations of our veterinary clinic. Your responsibilities will include scheduling appointments, handling inquiries, and ensuring a welcoming environment for both pets and their owners.
Responsibilities
Greet clients and their pets with warmth and professionalism as they arrive at the clinic.
Schedule and confirm appointments, ensuring efficient use of the veterinarian's time.
Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries regarding services, pricing, and pet care.
Maintain accurate patient records and manage billing processes.
Assist in managing inventory of supplies and medications.
Ensure the reception area is clean, organized, and welcoming for clients.
Must be able to work weekend and evening shifts
Experience
Previous experience in a veterinary or animal-related field is preferred.
Strong communication skills and a customer-focused attitude are essential.
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.

Pay: $21.00-$23.00 per hour
