As a Veterinary Receptionist, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service to our clients while assisting with administrative tasks in a fast-paced veterinary clinic environment. Duties:

- Greet and check in clients and their pets upon arrival
- Schedule appointments and manage the veterinary clinic's calendar
- Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries from clients
- Collect and update patient information, including medical history and insurance details
- Assist veterinarians and veterinary technicians with various tasks as needed
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area

Qualifications:

- Previous experience working in a veterinary clinic or animal care setting is preferred
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to handle difficult situations with professionalism and empathy
- Proficiency in computer systems and software used in veterinary clinics
- Knowledge of basic laboratory procedures and equipment is a plus
