full time Veterinary Receptionist (CSR)

Key Responsibilities:

Greet clients and their pets, providing a warm and professional first impression Answer phones, schedule appointments, and manage reminder/confirmation calls Check clients in and out, process payments, and handle billing inquiries Communicate clearly with clients about services, procedures, and follow-up care Maintain accurate medical records and update client information in the system Coordinate with veterinarians, RVTs, and support staff to ensure smooth workflow Help maintain a clean, welcoming reception and lobby area

Qualifications:

Previous experience as a receptionist/ CSR in a

fast-paced clinic is required

Comfortable handling both dogs and cats Ability to work both independently and as part of a team

Dependable, punctual, and professional

Strong communication and customer service skills

Comfortable multitasking in a busy environment

Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills Proficient with computers and scheduling systems (training provided)
