We're a friendly, fast-paced

3+ doctor practice

that cares for both small animals and exotics (about

60% exotic patients and 40% cats/dogs

). We're growing and looking for a

full-time Client Care Specialist

who's enthusiastic, compassionate, and eager to be the welcoming face and voice of our clinic.

As one of the first people our clients meet, you'll play a key role in making their experience positive and stress-free. You'll:

Greet clients with warmth and professionalism, whether in person, over the phone, or by email Help coordinate care by scheduling appointments and surgeries, triaging emergencies, and admitting patients Support our team with invoicing, reminders, and follow-ups Keep the clinic running smoothly by managing a busy multi-doctor schedule Pitch in to keep our space clean and welcoming
What We're Looking For:

A positive attitude and a helpful, team-focused approach Strong communication and multitasking skills Ability to stay calm and organized in a fast-paced setting 1+ year of experience in a

veterinary or medical office reception role

(required) Customer service experience (preferred) Experience with

Idexx Neo

software is a bonus (but not required) A graduate of a Veterinary Assistant/Receptionist program is preferred

Wage will be assessed according to experience.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $17.85-$25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 32 per week
