What You'll Do

Greet and assist clients in person, by phone, and by email Schedule appointments, manage records, and process payments Provide accurate information about our services and products Respond to client inquiries with empathy and professionalism Support veterinarians and technicians to ensure smooth clinic operations Maintain detailed and accurate client communication notes

What We're Looking For

Strong communication and multitasking skills Computer proficiency and attention to detail A positive, team-oriented attitude

1+ year of customer service experience (preferred)

1+ year of animal care or veterinary experience (preferred)

Flexibility to work

evenings, weekends, and holidays
