We're currently looking for a

Veterinary Office Assistant

who shares our passion for animal care and thrives in a fast-paced, detail-oriented role.

Responsibilities

Greet clients and their pets with warmth and professionalism Answer phone calls, emails, and manage scheduling Maintain accurate patient records and update client files Process invoices, payments, and insurance claims Assist with inventory and supply orders Support veterinary and rehab staff with non-clinical tasks as needed Maintain a clean and organized reception area Educate clients on basic rehab procedures, appointment prep, and aftercare instructions

Skills

Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with pet owners and team members. Attention to detail in both clinical tasks and record-keeping is essential for ensuring high-quality care. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a calm demeanor under pressure. A genuine passion for animal welfare and a commitment to providing excellent care to all patients. Basic knowledge of veterinary terminology is beneficial but not required; training will be provided. Pay: $18.00-$20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 40 per week
