Position Overview
We are seeking a dependable, caring individual to assist with both animal care and front desk responsibilities. Training will be provided. Previous experience is a plus, but not required.
Responsibilities
Assist with handling, feeding, and caring for animals
Clean and prepare exam rooms, kennels, and equipment
Support the veterinary team during appointments and treatments
Safely restrain animals during exams and treatments as needed
Assist with monitoring patients under anesthesia, following veterinary guidance
Answer phones and schedule appointments
Greet clients and maintain accurate records
Help maintain overall cleanliness and organization of the clinic
What We're Looking For
Comfortable working with cats, dogs, and small animals
Friendly, reliable, and willing to learn
Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and standing for extended periods
Available for a mix of weekday, evening, and occasional weekend shifts
