Veterinary Receptionist/Assistant

Sullivan Animal Hospital in Surrey, BC, is currently searching for a new full-time or part-time Veterinary Assistant to join our amazing team. We are looking for an individual who is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, has a drive for customer service and patient care, and can multitask effectively.

As a Veterinary Assistant, you will have a broad range of duties that are all critical to aid in the flow of our hospital. Some of your key responsibilities will include preparing and setting up for appointments and procedures, general cleaning of public and employee areas of the hospital, sterile techniques/cleaning of surgical suite, tools and equipment, and caring for hospitalized and/or boarding animals. Additionally, you will be responsible for handling and restraining patients safely and efficiently, answering and triaging phone calls from clients, and processing payment transactions.

We are aclose-knit team that values our patients and clients first, but we also value a fair and fun work environment.We are also looking for an individual who is available to work flexible days, evening shifts, including Saturdays. Previous experience in the Veterinary Field is required.

Salary will commensurate with experience
