We are a busy small animal hospital located in the west end of Kingston, who works closely with it's sister clinic in the east end of Kingston. We are looking to add a full-time veterinary assistant receptionist to our growing team. We are looking for a friendly, outgoing, reliable, knowledgeable and enthusiastic individual with the experience of having completed the VA certification, to come and be part of our family. We are looking for someone who has relevant experience /training in this field. We are looking for someone who is available 7 days a week; including evenings and weekends, as needed.
Some responsibilities include;
Dealing with clients on the phone and in person in an appropriate and professional manner
Attending our emails, and pet desk account in an appropriate and professional manner
Performing different tasks on AviMark such as building orders, performing follow ups, booking appointments, processing payments, etc.
Answer questions about clinic services, products and prices
Keeping the clinic clean and organized
Regular inventory checks
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $17.60-$19.00 per hour
