Here at Boundary Animal Hospital we are looking for a reliable, hard working, dependable, professional Veterinarian Assistant who loves animals.
We are a family operated, small, but very busy animal Hospital, we are located on the border of Vancouver and Burnaby off of the Grandview highway exit.
Experience with a VOA, VHA, or VAA certificate is a must and motivation is required. Salary to be discussed based on experience.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assist Veterinary Technologists and Surgeons
-Clean and sterilize surgical instruments and equipment.
- Assists with and/or performs radiographs
- Assists in patient restraint so that procedures can be performed effectively by the surgeon or technician.
--Assist in maintaining a clean and organized work environment.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $18.00-$22.00 per hour
Experience:
Veterinary Assistant: 1 year (preferred)
