About the Role:

The Vertical Market Manager will lead the vertical market team for assigned verticals, developing segmentation-based priorities to drive annual business plans. Using input from Customers and Sales Teams, the Vertical Market Manager will identify and develop specific marketing strategy, tactics and commercial action plans to deliver annual growth objectives for the segment. Plans should include focus on the continued growth of the core business, develop new opportunities, new product launch plans, competitive response plans, new channel penetration plans and demand creation.

What Will I Be Doing?

  • Drive Vertical Business Growth by developing GTM strategy to the assigned the market, and work with the key stake holders to implement the strategy.
  • Based on market research and VOC, develop detailed segmentation (needs-based and/or call point) for the assigned vertical, and adjust the strategy based on the segmentation.
  • Work with Executive nd Demand team and sales team to develop in-year growth initiative and drive the implementation of the initiatives to achieve the annual sales target.
  • New market and new opportunity development. Understand the new market potential and create a strategy to develop the market.
  • Work with product management and product innovation team on product roadmap and new product design project to fulfill the target market product gap.
  • Assist in the roll-out of new products into the targeted segment
  • Feed all the marketing information into Strat plan, Strategic innovation, product roadmap etc.
  • Track the market trend, evaluate market size and growth rate, identify potential growth opportunities for industrial UV business
What Are the Requirements?
  • BS or BA degree in business, marketing; MS, MBA, or MA, in marketing, business management
  • 3+ years progressive experience in business
  • Demonstrated experience in the commercial launch of new products, market segmentation techniques, market research and analysis tools and the development of and use of demand creation and promotional tools and strategies
  • Competitive intelligence techniques
  • Development and implementation of business/product/marketing plans
  • Demonstrated ability to develop, communicate and implement strategic business plans
