to join our team and help us maximize the value of our broker management technology.
Role Overview
The
Vertafore & MyBrokerHome Expert
will be responsible for overseeing, optimizing, and supporting our brokerage's use of Vertafore platforms (such as AMS360, Sagitta, ImageRight, BenefitPoint, or other Vertafore solutions), along with a
comprehensive understanding of MyBrokerHome
to ensure smooth integration with carrier partners, portals, and CSIO standards. You will serve as the in-house specialist, ensuring system efficiency, staff adoption, and technology-driven improvements in operational performance.
Key Responsibilities
Configure, manage, and optimize
Vertafore applications
to meet brokerage needs.
Utilize and manage
MyBrokerHome functionality
, ensuring accurate setup, smooth integration, and adoption across the brokerage.
Provide technical support and troubleshooting for staff using Vertafore and MyBrokerHome.
Lead system updates, upgrades, and integrations with carriers and third-party platforms.
Develop and deliver staff training to improve efficiency and consistent usage.
Collaborate with leadership to align technology capabilities with business objectives.
Create documentation, SOPs, and reporting to ensure compliance and regulatory readiness.
Identify opportunities to streamline workflows, reduce administrative burdens, and lower operational costs.
Qualifications
Proven experience with
Vertafore systems
in an insurance brokerage or MGA environment.
Full understanding of MyBrokerHome
and its integration with brokerage workflows and carrier connectivity.
Strong understanding of brokerage operations (personal lines, commercial lines, surety, etc.).
Familiarity with insurance regulatory and compliance requirements in Ontario.
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
Project management skills with the ability to lead system implementations and upgrades.
Experience with API integrations or advanced reporting tools (Power BI, SQL, etc.) considered an asset.
