About The Role




We're looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Vendor Relations Specialist to manage relationships with our network of dealers, service providers, and business partners. In this role, you'll be responsible for ensuring that vendors meet service level expectations, compliance standards, and cost targets. You'll work closely with internal teams to coordinate vendor performance, resolve issues, and identify opportunities for process and service improvements across our fleet operations.




What We're Looking For




Serve as the main point of contact for vendors, managing day-to-day communication and issue resolution.

Build and maintain strong relationships with providers, ensuring clear expectations and consistent follow-up.

Monitor vendor performance, service quality, and compliance with company standards and contractual agreements.

Assist in onboarding new vendors, including gathering required documentation and setting up payment or system access.

Track and analyze vendor data to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for cost savings or efficiency improvements.

Support contract renewals and negotiations to maintain competitive pricing and high service quality.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date vendor records and contact information in internal systems.

Escalate performance or service issues to leadership as needed and assist in developing corrective action plans.



What You Will Bring




2+ years of experience in vendor management, procurement, or operations coordination (automotive or fleet experience is an asset).

Strong communication and relationship-building skills with both internal and external partners.

Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills, with a focus on accountability and follow-through.

Ability to analyze data and vendor performance metrics to inform business decisions.

Experience with Microsoft Excel and vendor or procurement management systems.

Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

A proactive, solutions-focused approach with a strong sense of ownership and professionalism.
