ACCOUNTS RECEIVABLES / BILLING SPECIALIST

The Company

We are looking for your extraordinary Accounts Receivables/ Billing skills. Our client is offering a great opportunity with potential for permanent placement.

This role is being offered on an ongoing temporary basis and will go permanent for the right person.

Please note you must be located in the GTA - Vaughan area to be considered for this role.
- \xe2\x80\xa2 Prepare invoices
- \xe2\x80\xa2 Respond to customer inquiries
- \xe2\x80\xa2 Review account credits and refunds issued by call centre staff
- \xe2\x80\xa2 Respond to credit card provider inquiries regarding chargebacks, credit card member inquires and/or fraudulent claims
- \xe2\x80\xa2 Administer payment transaction charges and refunds
- \xe2\x80\xa2 Investigate Accounts Receivable aging to ensure no collection exemptions
- \xe2\x80\xa2 Prepare and issue manual invoicing to Fleet and Commercial customers
- \xe2\x80\xa2 Maintain collections procedures, including direct communications with customers, internal escalation of accounts and reporting Accounts Receivable status

- Competent with spreadsheets and databases

- Demonstrated communication, customer service, and interpersonal skills, especially with both technical and financial backgrounds

- Attention to detail and demonstrated ability to follow standard procedures is a requirement

- 2+ years of experience in an A/R or Billing role preferred

- AA or BS/BA degree in Accounting, Business or similar preferred
