What We're Looking For
We're looking for a friendly, detail-oriented individual to join our team and provide reliable client support. This role involves assisting with general inquiries, handling documents, and performing a variety of administrative tasks. If you're someone who enjoys helping others and staying organized, this could be the right fit for you.
Responsibilities
Answer client calls and assist with inquiries or concerns in a friendly and professional manner
Review and verify documents for completeness, helping clients with form filling when needed
Prepare original registration documents for titling
Coordinate with couriers for document delivery
File, scan, and enter data to keep our records accurate and up to date
Prepare and manage invoices
Stay in touch with the titling department to provide updates and create any necessary documents for DMV requests
Provide back up for the Receptionist
Qualifications
Secondary school (preferred)
Experienced in data entry and client service required
Excellent typing skills (45-50 WPM)
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Proficient with MS Office and comfortable with technology
Ability to maintain confidentiality
Ideal Candidate Profile
Decisive problem-solver who enjoys taking initiative
Outgoing and friendly, with the ability to build positive relationships with clients
Self-motivated with a focus on supporting others
Responsible and reliable, with good follow-up skills
