Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Automotive Detailer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that vehicles are cleaned, polished, and presented in pristine condition for our customers. Your attention to detail and commitment to customer satisfaction will play a vital role in enhancing the overall experience for our clients.

Duties

Perform thorough cleaning of vehicles, both interior and exterior, including washing, waxing, vacuuming, and polishing. Inspect vehicles for any damage or issues that need to be addressed before detailing. Use appropriate cleaning products and equipment to achieve the best results while following safety protocols. Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries and ensuring their expectations are met. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the detailing area and equipment. Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and high-quality service delivery.

Qualifications

Previous experience in automotive detailing or a related field is preferred but not required. Strong attention to detail with a passion for cleanliness and quality work. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Willingness to learn new techniques and stay updated on industry best practices.
