Key position functions include:

Repair all valve equipment while maintaining high standards of production, documentation and safety Tear down, reassemble and troubleshoot valve equipment for repair in accordance with Company standards and procedures and follow Work Order specifications Test, grease, inspect, and stamp valves Maintain accurate database and documentation Calibrate, function test, and trouble shoot choke valves, and a variety of pneumatic, hydraulic, and electric positioners and actuation Record non-conformances as required Inform Supervisor/Lead Hand of any irregularities with orders or equipment Organize and maintain the work area, including maintenance of equipment, product storage containers and racking Assist with shop housekeeping and maintaining a clean and safe work environment Occasional yard maintenance work After-hours availability when required Perform other related duties as assigned

Preferred candidates will possess a combination of the following:

High School Diploma Related valve repair, rebuild, and/or teardown experience is an asset Knowledge of Stream-Flo and/or competitor's equipment is an asset A basic understanding of hand and power tool functionality Strong mechanical aptitude, a good work ethic and willingness to learn Forklift experience is an asset Good communication (oral and written), organizational and time management skills Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment
