, the successful candidate will be responsible for the execution of the Sales Department strategies and will be required to be an active force in driving sales through exceptional customer service and selling skills.

You will be accountable for:
Forecasts goals and objectives for sales, gross and key expenses on a monthly and annual basis
Motivates, counsels and monitors the performance of all sales employees
Understands, keeps abreast of and comply with regulations that affect vehicle sales
Direct and schedule the activities of all department employees, ensuring proper staffing always
Assists individual salespeople in setting aggressive yet realistic monthly goals and objectives and provides them with the support to meet these goals
Ensures proper follow-up of all potential buyers by developing, implementing, and monitoring a prospecting and sales control system
Develops, implements and monitors a follow-up system for vehicle purchasers
Maintains vehicle inventory. Monitors customers likes and dislikes, lost sales, and dealership sales history and conducts local market analyses to determine which vehicles to stock
Conducts daily and weekly sales and sales training meetings
Establishes and enforces product-knowledge standards
Handles customer complaints immediately and according to dealership's guidelines
Managing used inventory, wholesale, etc.
Manage used vehicles safeties and details through the shop
Manage merchandising of used inventory (prices, descriptions, v-auto)
Other related duties
To be successful, you must have:
Valid driver's license with a clean driving abstract.
At least 2 years of successful experience as an Automotive Sales Manager or in a similar role.
At least 2 years of experience of managing inventory
Proven knowledge of effective sales strategies and best practices
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Dedication to providing great customer service
Ability to lead a sales team
Potential Pay/Earning Range: Minimum: $ 120,000 to Maximum: $ 200,000 per year
Working Hours: 8 hours per day
Total Hours per week: 40 hours per week
Workday Schedule: Store open Monday - Saturday
